Omoleye & Justin - Marietta Square Engagement
Real life stories happen everyday, unexpected situations that may change your lives forever. This sweet couple that are getting married in a couple of months have an amazing story and would love to share with us romantics. They ran into each other at the grocery store line in Philly, and made small talk. Omoleye had just relocated there, Justin's home town. He told her about his amazing gym and than parted away as the line progressed. A few days later, Omoleye was out with a friend to pick someone up. As they arrived she recognized the name as the same gym Justin mentioned. Inside it just so happened Omoleye ran into Justin again! Justin asked Omoleye to join him out that weekend and the two enjoyed live jazz in the city. From that moment on the two were inseparable. 5 years later they made of Atlanta their new home and that's where Justin proposed, catching Omoleye completely by surprise, they were in downtown Atlanta under the guise of meeting a friend to pick up tickets to a comedy show. They stopped near Skyview, a grande ferris wheel. His friend was running late so Justin suggested they ride it for the first time. They hopped on and experienced the amazing views of the city. It was even warmer after the ride, so Omoleye insisted they rush back to the car. Justin asked to please take one picture and gave his phone to a Skyview associate to take one in front of the ferris wheel. Just as Omoleye started to ask about returning to the car, Justin grabbed her hand, got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. The skyview associate began to record a video with Justin's phone and take more pics to capture their special moment! She was so shocked and felt guilty about her haste to get out of the heat. Thankfully, Justin was patient and didn't let her mood keep him from getting his well deserved Yes!
I am dying to capture all the beauty that I know their wedding day will be in early spring this year, they chose a theme of Romantic Rustic meets Modern City. The location is remote with a fresh water spring and tranquil natural setting. The open stone pavilion provides a rustic backdrop for dark navy, romantic peach & blush matched with a cream base with modern gold accents. Their wedding will also incorporate some very unique features where the Bride and groom taste four flavors that represent different emotions within a relationship. Sour(lemon), bitter (vinegar), hot (cayenne), and sweet (honey). By tasting each of the flavors, the couple symbolically demonstrates that they will be able to get through the hard times in life, and, in the end, enjoy the sweetness of marriage.
For engagement session we went to the awesome Marietta Historic Square and explored the little downtown, walked around the fair, tasted some of the delicious sweets and hot chocolate and had a a great morning. It was a very cold with gorgeous lighting and it could not have been better! Omoleye and Justin are clearly so much in love and will build an amazing life together! Thank you both for sharing your story!
