Lizzie & Darius Surprise Arabia Mountain Proposal - Atlanta Wedding Photographer

Darius proposed to Lizzie in the beautiful Arabia Mountain, totally surprised her. I am so happy I got to be there documenting such a sweet proposal. It was very funny to lay flat on the ground and wait for them, hahaha so happy that everything worked out! 

 They are the cutest and I can't wait to see the many adventures they will live together! Lizzy said they met out of nowhere on Valentine's Day, at a ballroom dancing event. He had been taking classes and she was there supporting a friend. That friend new they were both single and forced them to dance together. hahaha Such a sweet friend! Shortly after, we began taking classes as dance partners. 

Three months later they started dating and quickly falling in love. On their second anniversary, Darius took Lizzie up Arabia Mountain for a casual sunset pick-nick. She had no clue he had been ring shopping or planning anything. On the mountain he presented her with a  framed drawing that said "Let's travel the world together" and a card asking her to be his wife. As she read the card he got down on one knee with the most beautiful ring. She was so shocked and ecstatic. 

They plan to have a beautiful, brightly colored wedding celebration in September of 2018.
